Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your prints we are happy to reprint them or offer you a full refund.
If you choose a refund, please return the unwanted prints to PO Box 808 Park Ridge 4125 QLD 4115 for a full refund.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is provided in compliance with the
Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012 to make you aware of
how Purple Moon Photography collects, uses, and manages your personal
information.
We collect your personal information directly from you.
Purple Moon Photography will only collect information that is used to conduct
our business and may include your name, phone number, email address and postal
address.
We do not collect personal information that is not required for business, would
be inappropriate to collect, sensitive information or government identifiers.
We only use information for the purposes for which we collected it.
We will not disclose information to any other organisation, except where we
have the consent of the customer concerned or we are required by law or legal
process to make the disclosure.
You have the right to view any personal information that we hold about you and
you can ask us to correct the personal information we hold about you.
Customers can request the removal from the contact database at any time or to
refuse marketing material and other communications.
You can unsubscribe from our email list by replying to the email with "unsubscribe" in your reply.
We may change this privacy policy from time to time to keep in line with
current legislation.
If you disagree with changes that are made to the privacy policy, or feel that
Purple Moon Photography is not complying with this privacy policy, or if you
want to seek access to your personal information, or have any other privacy
concerns please contact us.
We do not store any credit card information on our website as payment is made
directly to the financial institution.
Purchasing Policy
It is the policy of Purple Moon Photography to support local suppliers. Preference will be given to Brisbane or Australian and New Zealand produced products and services.
Products and services will not be sourced from non-ethical companies or from countries with a poor human rights record, or suppliers with a poor Health and Safety record.
Products and services will not be sourced from China.
Stock images
When you buy images from the Stock Library you
pay a one–off fee to use the image. The images are for Editorial use -
not for Commercial use - they do not have a talent release. In other
words you cannot use them for advertising purposes. There are no
restrictions on how many times you can use it, or for how long. You can
use
the image on different mediums, however, you cannot resell the images.
If you want to use an image commercially contact us and we can discuss if you need a talent or property release.
Remember that you cannot use an image if it could be deemed to be
controversial or defamatory.
Copyright always remains with the photographer.
